how to hack a windows user account Password using CMD

Many people have been wondering whether windows user account can
be hacked with all its security. i'm writing this tutorial for just educational purpose,
so dont use it for theft of any kind.
there are things you have to put in mind while reading this tutorial.
we are targeting the windows shift key, which when pressed 5 times at the logon
window will pop up sticky keys, we will need to get into the system and replace the
sticky key application with command prompt (CMD),  so that when you press it 5 times
it will pop up CMD for you.
know also that the sticky keys is located in the C:\windows\system32\sethc.
STEPS.

1. Restart your system you want to hack the user account,  if its ON.
2. Observe where the windows logo is trying to come together, you
     hold the power button of the system and make sure its power OFF.
     and ON it again.
3. Observe the screen that will come up next on BOOTING the system,
     did you see something like repair? select it and move on to step 4,
     if no Redo step 3 until you achieve it.
4. while you select repair, in the process of the system repairing, you will be asked,
     if you want to restore the system,select Cancel and move on with the repair,
     be patient some repairs can take up to 15 - 30 minutes.
5. After the repair has been completed you will see a report, with a link usually blue
    in color, click on the link, can you see some write ups in Notepad? if yes then you
    are now on the finishing line.
6. Click on file and select open, Locate c:\windows\system32. usually notepad will select
    by default the file type to be text, so you have to change it to all files.
7. look for the file name sethc while in the system32 folder and rename it to sethc1 or 2
8. look for cmd.exe in there too and rename it to sethc, then restart the system.
9. when the system is fully booted to the logon screen, now hit your shift key 5 times
